THERAPEUTIC GROUP HOMES
Therapeutic group homes provide family style living for children and youth who are unable to remain
in their own homes because of abuse, neglect, or serious behavioral or emotional challenges. Children and youth benefit from a safe, caring and supportive environment that provides an individualized plan designed to enhance healing and hope for a better tomorrow. The program emphasizes life skills training and preparation for responsible and productive lives, offering counseling and participation in educational, recreational, spiritual, and community activities. Our homes serve children and youth ages 10 through 20.
Therapeutic group homes provide much needed love, support, nonjudgemental acceptance of who our youth are and, the challenges and struggles they face in everyday life as growing teenagers and adolescents. Each youth experiences a person-centered approach to their treatment module with focus on autonomy and independence in identifying the goals they want to achieve.
