Ways To Live Your Legacy
Bequests and Estate Plan Gifts
You can make a bequest or gift through your estate by including a provision in your will or living trust or by naming Southern Christian as a beneficiary of a retirement plan or life insurance policy. Donors can make a specific amount of funds, stocks, a piece of art, or even a percentage of the value of your estate.
Retirement Plans
Retirement plans can be used in a variety of ways which may offer tax deductions for you and your heirs while benefitting Southern Christian. This is way for you to participate in a legacy giving program and naming Southern Christian as a beneficiary or as a recipient of the percentage of the proceeds.
Life Insurance
By designating Southern Christian as a beneficiary or one of the beneficiaries of a life insurance policy, you can also participate in legacy giving by donating the value of the policy to Southern Christian.
