Hands of Providence Award
In 2001, Hank Holman, a former Board of Directors President, initiated our first Hands of Providence Award. These
awards are now presented each year at our Bottom Line for Kids Benefit Dinner and Auction. They are always a highlight of the evening. The Hands of Providence Award are presented to individuals who demonstrate extraordinary
service and commitment to improving the lives of Mississippi’s children, youth and families. Providence by definition
means, “care, guardianship and control exercised by God”. Thus, the nominees for this award are those people
whose very lives are committed to doing the work of God with children, youth, and families in our communities.
If you know of someone that is deserving of this award, we ask you to sponsor him/her with a gift of $1,000. This
sponsorship entitles you to a table of (8) for you, your nominee and your guests at the Bottom Line for Kids Benefit
Dinner and Auction that is being held on Friday, August 26, 2022 at the Sheraton Flowood Conference Center.
