Meet Sophia Hale-Harmon! Sophia works in the Jackson Administrative Office as the Vice President of Human Resources. She is originally from a small community outside of Byhalia, Mississippi called Cayce. Sophia currently resides in Jackson with her wonderful husband and two children.
Sophia enjoys watching movies with her family and is currently studying Natural Skincare Formulation. Sophia partners with the organization's leadership team to ensure best practices, core value-driven workplace culture, and actively plans for and forecast future talent for the organization.
