After college, she went back and forth between Mississippi and Alabama. While in Alabama, she obtained her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Alabama.
What you might not have known is, Mary Beth worked with Southern Christian in 2016 as a Family Specialist and Recruiter until 2020. She left for a little while but continued to volunteer and consult for the organization.
Mary Beth currently is our Director for TFC/Adoption for the South Division. As the Director, she provides administrative duties for the TFC/Adoption-South office. In conjunction with the Division Director, she supervises the Family Specialist and other TFC/Adoption staff in the South office.
When not working for Southern Christian, Mary Beth spends the weekends with her husband, Travis, and her lovely daughter Emilia. She loves spending time with her family making memories within her quant town in Ocean Springs. Mary Beth enjoys walking her dogs, Flint and Juls along the beach. Even though she is not currently living in Alabama, she enjoys traveling back to her hometown to visit with family and her two nephews that were born this year. She is also a big fan of Auburn Football…Go War Eagles, and loves hanging out listening to live music and going to concerts.
Mary Beth’s favorite quote is, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
