Meet Jennifer Heidelberg! Jennifer is the Outreach Therapist for Southern Christian in the Gulfport office. She moved to Gulfport after completing her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
As the Outreach Therapist, Jennifer provides individuals and family therapy for foster families on the Gulf Coast. She states, “I really enjoy working with the families. They are oftentimes unseen heroes that provide children in foster care much needed safety and stability. I am honored to work with a company that is devoted to providing quality services to understand the needs of our children and youth. To be able to be a part of our client’s journeys is such a blessing!”
In Jennifer’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She loves to travel, exploring other cultures, and sightseeing. She has 8 grandchildren, and it is always a fun-filled time when they are present. Jennifer also likes to volunteer with the local girl scout troop that her 9-year-old granddaughter, Katelyn Rose.
