Kelsey Neeley, LMSW
Kelsey is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who brings a thoughtful and innovative approach to recruiting, training, and supporting foster families. Prior to joining the administrative team at Southern Christian Services, she served as the Division Director of Therapeutic Foster Care and Adoption, where she developed a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and child welfare services.
My Story
As Vice President of Operations, Kelsey oversees key programs and initiatives, ensuring high-quality care and support for children and families across the organization. She is also a Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI) Practitioner, equipping caregivers and staff with practical tools to meet the complex needs of children from hard places.
Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Mississippi College and her Master of Social Work from The University of Southern Mississippi.
Originally from Water Valley, Mississippi, Kelsey now resides in Clinton, where she is an active member of Parkway Baptist Church. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, camping, and hiking with her dog, Beau.
