Meet Lauren Allen. Lauren is from Florence, Mississippi. She has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Belhaven University. Lauren says, “I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Respite/Adoption Permanency Division, as it allows me to be an advocate for children and families in two areas that I am most passion about: adoption and foster care.”
As the East Division Respite Coordinator, Lauren will ensure our wonderful respite providers are certified and the children’s and family’s needs are met during the process of foster care to adoption. When Lauren is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her lovely five-year-old daughter and three big puppies.
